Join us for a Mindful Morning at De Waal Park for a combined practice of Yoga, QiGong and Meditation. Giving you everything you need to have the best day possible ♥

This event will begin with a Yoga session (40 mins) followed by a soothing QiGong class (40 mins) and a closing group meditation.

WHAT TO BRING:
A yoga mat/ towel or blanket to practice on
